این بنا در منطقه‌ی تجاری شهر پکن واقع شده که فضاهای تجاری آن در طبقه‌ی همکف قرار دارند و بالای آن دو برج با ارتفاع متوسط قرار دارد که یکی مسکونی و دیگری اداری است. پوسته‌ی نمای چندمنظوره‌ی آن جلوه‌ای جواهرسان به آن داده است.

Located in Beijing`s central business district, SOHO consists of commercial space at ground level and two medium rise towers, some residential, the other for offices. The sculpted, multifaceted facades give the buildings a jewel-like effect
