ویلای Alanya Vertical به شکل پروژه مسکونی، آپارتمانی برنامه‌ریزی شده و طرح این پروژه یکی از نفیس‌ترین پروژه‌های منطقه آلانیا محسوب می‌شود. ملک فوق با چشم اندازی عالی از یک سو به کوه و دشت سرسبز و از سوی دیگر به ساحل آرام و شگفت انگیز ختم می‌شود…
معماران این پروژه توانسته‌اند در این ویلای آپارتمانی با تکیه بر نوآوری و ترکیب واحدهای جداگانه جو و تعامل اجتماعی متفاوتی ایجاد کنند. علاوه بر این، در طرح معماری ویلای آپارتمانی آلانیا از شیب در برخی سقف‌ها به عنوان یک فاکتور مهم و اساسی استفاده شده است. اولین پیش‌نویس‌ها برای ایجاد یک فرم منسجم و در حرکت به سمت مسیر شیب‌دار و همچنین در چرخش به سمت نماهای مختلف حول پروژه در نظر گرفته شده بود؛ اما این پیش‌نویس‌ها با ترکیب کف مکعبی و سقف‌های شیب‌دار در تمام طبقات طرح ویلای آپارتمانی فوق را شکل دادند. در چنین شرایطی هر واحد حس داشتن یک سقف منحصر به فرد را دارد.

.The vertical villa project has been planned to be a residential complex in one of the most exquisite spots of Alanya
.The site has a great scenery of a green mountain range around and a marvelous coastline at a distance
.Although the site is surrounded by typical residential blocks, we thought about a different kind of combination of individual units, noticing social interaction and the atmosphere created by
.Moreover, considering the pattern language of Alanya residential architecture, we apply sloping roof as a substantial item to our project
.The very first drafts were to generate a coherent form, moving along the slope and turning toward various views around the site
As a result, the developing of the form is a combination of cubic floors and sloping roofs, extended all over the floors and cubic floors attached. In this case, every unit has a sense of owning a unique individual roof
